Monkey Shoulder Turntable Promotion

1. The Promoter is Federal Merchants & Co. and the Promotion is run in conjunction with Liquorland New Zealand.
2. The Promotion runs from 4/05/26 to 5/07/26 inclusive ("Promotional Period"). Entries outside this period will not be accepted.
3. To enter, participants must be New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
4. To enter, participants must purchase a 700ml or 1L bottle of Monkey Shoulder from any Liquorland store in New Zealand during the Promotional Period, retain the receipt, and submit a valid entry via the promotion website at www.federalpromotion.co.nz, including uploading a legible image of the purchase receipt.
5. One entry per person per receipt. Multiple entries are permitted where multiple qualifying purchases are made, each supported by a separate receipt.
6. The prize pool consists of 10 × Technics SL-40CBT turntables, each paired with a custom Otis Frizzell Monkey Shoulder slipmat (RRP $1,599 per unit). No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.
7. The draw will take place at random after the close of the Promotional Period on 5 July 2026. The draw will be conducted by an independent third party.
8. Ten (10) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
9. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days of the first notification attempt, a new winner may be selected.
10. Prizes will be delivered to a New Zealand address supplied by the winner within 28 days of the winner being confirmed.
11. Employees of Federal Merchants & Co., Liquorland, William Grant & Sons, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits a fraudulent, altered, or illegible receipt, or who otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
13. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, notify winners, and, where consent is given, for marketing communications. Information will be handled in accordance with the Federal Merchants & Co. Privacy Policy.
14. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues affecting the ability to enter.
15. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. This Promotion is subject to New Zealand law. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
